"Several years ago I made an important decision that dramatically changed my life. That decision was choosing Jonathan Uphoff as my personal trainer to help me reach my lifetime desire of wanting to be much more muscular. This was even further complicated by my lack of working out for a number of years after a back injury that finally resulted in back surgery. The biggest hurdle in my mind was that I had waited until I was 48 years old to finally get serious again. Jonathan's expertise was very obvious from the first day.
