At Destined 2 Be Fit one of our goals is to help you uncover what your motivators are, the reasons behind why you want to become fit and healthy. We believe that when you can identify these motivators it will be much easier for you to overcome the urge to make excuses and start accomplishing your fitness goals today!
Here are some ideas to get you thinking about what motivates you. We encourage you to read through these and write down the sentences that are the most powerful for you. Keep reminders of your motivators in visible places so that you remember on a daily basis what you want to accomplish and more importantly why you want to accomplish it! (For example, if looking good in a swimsuit is a motivator for you, keep that suit out where you can see it as a constant reminder of what you're working towards!) Regardless of what level of fitness you are trying to achieve positive and powerful motivators will keep you charged up and ready to go!
